i just got muy nemu ecu can i just plug in and drive my car to the tuner to get it tuned

Must be the most vague question i have ever seen. What is your setup, what tune is in the ECU, how far is the tuner? Answer these questions and you might get some help.

If you received a base tune for YOUR setup then yes. If not then you wont even have her starting/running.

well guy i put in the ecu and try starting the car it would not idle and would not rev out just alot of black smoke so its very rich my set up is a sr20det with 9:1 compression , s4 cams and a t28 gtir turbo and i have a n60 aif flow meter and gtir air flow meter

Sounds like you need to build yourself a tune for that setup first.
