16ve ECU vs 20ve ECU

someone knows the difference of the timing and fuel maps of the 16ve ecu and 20ve ecu??
i swapped my 20ve ecu to 16ve ecu since i put in 16ve cams for the proper vvl and hihger rev cut but i was told it would run lean...and the timing is different since its for a 1.6
