They are not the same, there are at least 2 extra sizes on a b14 plug. It can still be done with a package of ecu terminals from Aem and switching out the ones not the same.

I got some awesome news. I was able to remove the pins from my OBD2 32bit ecu plug (B15/P11) and most of them fit into the OBD1 JDM plug (white)!

Now OBD1 blue plugs are older design, thus you have to use a newer JDM one. If 32bit pins worked, that means OBD2 16bit (95-99) should work too.

The ones that I did have to cut and recrimp is because OBD1 used bigger pin where p11 used the smaller pin, or vise versa. That was about 5 wires.

I have around 5 wires that I had to cut and crimp on. Some crimping was because I added new wires (JDM didn't have it) or because OBD1 you need to split a few wires from one wire to two wires.
