ka24de and sr20det rwd motors have a 50mm cas disc. Fwd sr's use a 54mm disc. The setup is different as well in the aem software. You will setup the software for a ka24de but will be using the 54mm disc.

make sure everything is mechanically sound. You may also want to use the aem ems to control boost. You can get better boost control this way and traction control. I would also take it to someone who knows tuner pro inside and out for tuning.

I currenly have a JWT , 750cc injectors, Nissan 300ZX MAF, Walbro 255, t3/t4, 3 inch piping, Greddy BOV, Tial WG, ... when we upgrade from the 28 stock turbo on the IR to the t3/t4 with external WG.. it ran good but ...two things happened as a result of the upgrade.. Vaccum levels went down to 10, 11, 9.. and the second thing (which is the most annoying) is that when I drive it between 55-85 mph (freeway) ... and i hold the gas steady to keep a constant speed... the car boggs a bit and the BOv shoots off with out me getting off the gas... ?

the vacuum points to a leak. where is the maf located is the bov open or recirculated? Fix the leak and all should be well.
