anyone have an idea when a obd 2 b14 tunable ecu going to be available with out paying an arm and a leg i have a 96 b14 and its almost done but i need a ecu and dont want to pay 400 to 500 for one thats why i want a calum

now can i tune without removing the chips or do i have to take them off everytime and does he do the first tune for you

For basic you have to burn chips. So you will have to have a chip burner and pop them in everytime. You need a Real Time, look for a used one on the forum, they will be $400-500 though.
