You can also rewire your car to b13 distributor, ignitor, and coil if you want more spark energy.
The b14 coil is significantly smaller than the b13 one and there are no aftermarket high power coils for them.
I was using my stock b13 ignition all the way to approximately 530-550whp on 30psi on a 60 trim. I had my plugs gapped down to .022 as well. I had them at .030 and after 22psi on the 60 trim i got misfires. Gapped them down and all was good.
Just make sure you have a good strong fresh coil whether it be an msd coil or a good low mileage stock one. Good condition wires, fresh cap and rotor and your set man.
