Thread: E-Manage blue not reading ignition

Like the title says my emanage blue is not reading any ignition signals. I bought the seperate ignition harnest and it is wired up right. I checked all the diagrams i could find. The board is pronged correctly. Has anyone else had this problem or have some advice for me to fix this problem? Thanks

3 Options really and 2 are unlikely.

1. Source is broken/bad - unlikely
2. Emanage is broken - unlikely
3. Wiring bad or incorrect - Likely

Not sure what you mean by "board is pronged correctly"... Maybe you meant connector?

Ok....

To cross #1 off:
Does it run fine with it uninstalled? Do you have an oscilloscope to check the signal?

To cross #2 off:
Do you have access to a known working emanage?

If that doesn't fix your problem then it is still a wiring issue.

1. yes the car runs fine as long as the ignition harness is not plugged in but when it is in it will not start.
