Thread: Launch Control Hysteresis

Sorry to sidetrack/bump this thread, I am hoping someone can help me out.

I have LC enabled on my realtime now.

I am trying to get the hysteresis turned down to 50rpm.

I input a new address at 0x8082 as an 8-bit size.

The value is 225, so i applied a modifier of "x*2"

Now when I go to alter the value to say, 100, i click save, and when i re-open the box it is back to 450. Any help would be great. thanks.

And to 'answer' this question that address is for tunercode hysteresis... I doubt it is the same for regular firmware. So I think the reason it isn't working is that you have the wrong address.

But he can use the old calum LC bin for the B13 if he find the right addresses. It should be around in this forum.

Correct, and the launch control works correctly.

My hysteresis is what is not working.

Hysteresis is an oem value that is not a special algorithm and should be easily alterable.

The function output is in hex it does not matter if it is Tunercode or a Realtime, it uses the same base language.

I was hoping the Tunercode guy would be able to help me, I already created a thread in this section and no one replied.

It is different because he has recompiled the firmware and addresses have shifted. Language is same but different book.
