thanks for the compliments guys... more concerned however why it is the car feels slower. the track visited was unsanctioned (landing strip) so no times per say... I understand that the linearity of the curve will give the impression the car is slower but honestly, for a n15 with ~200whp the car doesnt seem to be as quick as it should be ???

see dyno

i have a dyno chart with the 197whp but no a/f so I posted the run before

Well no sh*t. Look at that dip. No wonder the guy thinks it is slower. He had a horrible power drop which made it feel like the car was gaining massive amounts in a short period of time.

You did a nice job though. Tell him linear power is better than his butt.

since the closest sanctioned meet is end of month, we will be dyno ing again at another dyno to confirm the result.

and based on the posts its safe to say, people dont mod the map after dynoing their cars.

Just check something didnt screw up just after the dyno session, like distributor or tps moved because of loose bolts or something like that. Otherwise, his butt is inaccurate

+1

Blood, you did great job. Powerband is more linear and gains everywhere.

Btw. whats the weight of this N15?

The before tune had a hugedip, which you eliminated. The powerband is much smoother now so it probably doesn't feel as quick. There was a 30hp jump after vvl hit on the previous tune! Good job with the tune.
