IMO the best thing you can do is to ask Pete from PLMS or Matt from NISTune. Both are really great guys and I don't see any reason why they shouldn't help you out with it. Plus they always answer fast which is appreciated a lot these days.
The worst thing is that they don't have some of our cars in Australia. This is why for some ECUs they can not just send you the board. However, I don't think there is even one ECU they can not make working with their board.
For instance - I just send my ECU for fitting type 3 board in it. They needed it there as because they don't have Nissan Primera in Australia and they are not experienced with that ECU (10:1 lowport, 512b). But as soon as they have the ECU done, they will update their database and next time someone asking for that very same part number, they will be able to send the board only.
