Thread: Apexi Neo in B14 (vvl)

So I am in the process of finishing up my sr20ve swap and I am wondering if anyone has used the Apexi Neo in their setups (doesn't matter what setup you are using) and what they thought about it. Also how difficult was the installation?

The Neo came with my motor so I figured I would use it since it has some pretty valuable settings/features.

I have it, it's really pretty simple. Probably almost identical to SAFC 2 =)

It is the same thing, just with a color screen and I think a few improvements like more map points or something. Don't remember exactly. I like it, works out great for my setup.

its cool i have it with my calum ecu on -3 across the rpms.. @ high throttle and partial i would only mess with it more on a dyno with a good afr gauge

Sr20ve
VE injectors
DE maf

I just need to get it to run better than using the Stock DE ecu?

I'm in the same boat. I didn't install it yet. My car runs really weird at idle and when engaging a gear, the revs jump up.

I'm pretty sure the obd2 ecu is the problem without the correct ECU...

Are you still using a DE ecu? VE or DE inj?

DE ecu, ve injectors...

Have you tried your Ve with De inj and ecu?

I have personally had better top end that way.
