Tuneing for changes in exhaust components

Not sure if this is a foolish question to ask but Lets say you were using a calum ecu. What area's of the ecu would you change to tune for a new exhaust or header set up?

fuel and timing maps to start. Check the a/f ratio and get that right. Then throw timing at it. Use the last 3 columns for wot tuning.
