JWT ecu and Cams question

I'm getting a JWT basic turbo program soon. I'm now considering cams as part of my turbo build up.

If I have JWT add the s3 or s4 program to the ecu, would I be fine running driving around like say 2 to 3 months w/o the cams?

Why not ask JWT what they think? They will know the differences between the 2 tunes.
