Afc Neo ***neo Vvl Owners**
I just hooked up the afc neo on my p10
mods
Fujitsubo header 001 -an yes the header is stamped 001
4800 pill for activation (will connect solenoids to afc once i buy some wires)
2.5 str8 back no cat
Fujitsubo legalis R exhaust also 001
CALUM BASIC / VVL PROGRAM
CAM GEARS set @ 0,-2
SR16 cams
thermoblok t/b gasket
Competition Clutch
Z3R0 jumper Harness for afc <--- only reason i put afc neo on.(hacking of wiring harness gives off mixed signals..

i put my set up so that if someone in the future reads this they can compare an contrast with there own set up

right now

im still trying to get the wiring set up for the VVL but from what im reading in Theory it should work.. vtec itself is connected by 2 wires each of our solenoids is connected by two wires... now itll work... but you cant turn them on at different times must be at the same time (both solenoids). you can leave it simutaneously by just leaving a pill system for one solenoid an runing the other solenoid off the neo-afc ....
afc neo is very easy to understand if youve ever played with s-afc 1,2
for our cars its hotwire 6,6 i use 6,6, some people say 5,5 or any # that matches.. 6,6 was the best settin on my s-afc in my b13

as time goes on ill be adding both an EGT guage which i got from SERFANATIC
also buy a AFR gauge... also reason for both is for a safe conservative tune..

i will post the settings the minute its dyno'd

reason i made this thread is simple.. if i can push out 200 or more i want as many of you to do the same thing... drink up, be merry.

when doin "SENSOR CHECK" with any afc... if the "in" an "out" signals are drastically different then connection is bad to one of the two wires. for maf in an out and when connected the afc can show you that doesn have to be afc neo..
