Have you verified that the IACV is functioning correctly? If it is not, idle will be erratic and stall-prone until the engine warms enough. And we have a winner
I checked the IACV and it was not connected properly, after fixing the problem I have around 13.5:1 cold then when it gets warm it goes to 14.7-15:1 ...
Thanks everyone, and at least I know now where are the parameters for cold start, and that they are not really degrees..!
