R/T were both serial and USB, at original buyer's request IIRC.

No, RT is always USB.

That's a basic+consult. Basically its just a standard basic board with a built in consult adapter (serial RS232 based).

Any ideas as to what it was programed for?

no idea on the program. Here is what the guy I got it from said:

"the ecu youd have to get a rom burner to see the program. Ill look around and see if I can find the original flash we used for it. Ill let you know."

That is all I know. It will soon be in the for sale section.
