There is a trigger wire from the ECU for AC, to effect idle, but Cruise control is independent. The cruise system is active on my B14 and I have an OBD1-2 harness to an EMS.

It is a kavlico brand, sheesh! Google it, best sensor out there for 3.5 and 5 bar map!

I told them to guess, no one wanted to so I just told ya! LOL! Ben, if you go with MAP, you should look at those sensors. They are awesome.

I'm already using MAP, for sure. 4 bar, built into VEMS. If/when I go AEM EMS, I'll be in the market for one. Thanks for the recommendation.

I have used it for uTec and Haltech system so far with great results. Definitly worth it and the price is right really.
