afc+jwt
Im looking for a good reliable way to tune my jwt ecu. I have a 50lb@4bar cobra maf jdm de. It made 338whp @ 11psi but was leaning out pretty bad. My question is what should i use, the safc or afc whats the difference? How much tuning can i get from the afc? If anyone has any experience with this id appreciate the info.. Thanks

Damn, you running a 42r or something? I think you should upgrade your injectors to at least 750cc, and get the ecu retuned for them, and the safc may not hurt.

Ive read that the afc can up the flow by 50% of the injectors. If that is true then there is no need to upgrade the 50lbs? I really dont want to change much, i love my setup and want to make as much safe HP as possible with it. Everyone says that the 50lb 4bar wont work but that is BS and i want to make more power with it.

the problem is that when you mess with the air flow signal you also are adding or removing timing depending on if you are adding or removing fuel.

To answer your question the safc II would be the better choice and they can be still be found but make sure they come with the harness.

I am a little confused here. Why can't you just have JWT flash you the tune you want rather than trying to change it with an AFC? Why have the JWT for that matter then? Ignition timing?

Im thinking that i might be maxing out the cobra maf so that could be one reason for leaning out. Plus those 50lbers cant have to much left in them at340+whp? right?
