Your idle is waaaay out of spec..
Your earlier post said that you changed the Air Regulator under the Intake mani.
Assuming the Air Regulator was new or one that tested as good, I would definitely change the IACV valve.
Then put the car in
Timing Mode & set the idle to 800-850. Recheck your timing for 15-17degrees.
Verify the TPS settings & the MAF ground (correcting if necessary)..
Drive the car for a few days with these setting for the ECU to relearn and see if your problems has disappeared.
BTW, I would set the TPS closer to .45v at closed throttle & exactly at 4.0v at WOT (use the throttle adjustment screw for WOT setting). After resetting TPS, disconnect for a few seconds and then reconnect.
To test for a bad TPS, Perform an
Ohm test:
Unplug the TPS, with TPS plug
clip facing up & TPS plug pointed toward you, Terminal A & B are the Left & Middle Terminals.
Test resistance between Terminals A & B as follows:
Completely released - Approx 2 ohm
Partially released - 2 - 11 ohm
Completely depressed - Approx 11 ohm
If not, the TPS is bad.
