Stock SR20VE
Custom 3" intake
1995 200sx SE-R
SSAC Header 2.5"
2.5 exhaust with resonator and magnaflow muffler
AFC NEO
G20 ECU
DE MAF
Stock valeo clutch kit
91 octane
Tuned by OSR in fontana (thanks to @91sentragti-r for the recommendation)

16whp jump from 14 timing to 21 lol (1 more whp going to 24 so we bumped it back down to 21)
Video quiets pretty good once VVL hits, was too loud for the mic to handle lol it was louder than hell though.

Mid changes update.

Mustange Dyno at 237 WHP 172 Ft-LB corrected - Only the plenum and lower runners changed.

Mods:
Basic Xcessive plenum with stock VE TB
Gasket matched and smoothed lower runners
3" intake piping
6" Velosity stack with 6" K&N filter
N1 cams
88mm 12.5:1 CP pistons
Ported head
Mazworx header
3" full exhaust, 3" Magnaflow cat, resonator, Dynomax VT muffler
JWT Flywheel
JWT PP /w B15 disk
GSpec pulleys
No AC or PS
Nismotronic ECU
93 Octane Pump gas, up to 10% Ethanol

New graph - Not smoothed, some room for improvement. I did not want to spend a whole lot of time on this as I will be changing things over the winter.

Very nice numbers esp for a mustang dyno

Doesn't dynomax make the vt muffler? Either way what do you think about it? I need to go 3" so looking at muffler choices and getting mixed reviews on this particular one but there is no indication as to "old gen" or "new gen" as supposedly they fixed the spring issue

You are correct, it is dynomax. I love it, nice and quiet while cruising but opens up when you get on it.

Update on the car formerly owned by BORNGEARHEAD...
Same dyno, same tuner (squirlz)
Changes = Nismotronic SA ECU instead of Calum Realtime, and new tune

sr20ve
N1 cams w/springs & titanium retainers
short ram intake
Thermoblok spacers
Hotshot Gen6 header w/3"collector
3" VRS exhaust
underdrive pulleys
370cc injectors
Maxima maf
Nismotronic ECU
Fidanza flywheel
no a/c
no power steering

*EDIT*
Here are 2 runs, back to back, to compare full 3" exhaust vs. with a 3" to 2" reducer installed -
only a 2hp / 2 lb-ft loss, but a lot quieter:
