Actually I am using 850 cc injector. When I put 850cc in the setting, it ran bad . I change the setting to 550 to make it run better. So I have to increase the K value a lot like 40k to 50k with o2 off and fuel map of 0 at light load?

You can increase K to increase TP, or decrease injector size to increase injector PW.

What is your fuel pressure?

Fuel pressure at 43 psi hose disconnect.

Yes, increase K as needed to raise TP (which increases injector PW). I would leave the fuel map alone and tune with O2 off until you get it running reasonably well by adjusting K and injector size.

With the larger MAF size, the MAF voltage is much lower at a given mass flow rate which means a smaller MAF VQ number (depending on the VQ table). This means K has to be increased in order increase TP back to where it would be with the smaller stock MAF sensor. Since you have also increased the injector size, that decreases the necessary injector PW at a given TP (load) and RPM. So you have to balance these two changes, one requiring higher injector PW (larger MAF) the other requiring smaller injector PW (larger injectors). TP is the calculated (theoretical PW) based on MAF VQ, K, and RPM. (TP is proportional to K*Q/rpm) Since Q is smaller at the same mass flow rate (because MAF voltage is lower), K must be increased in order to calculate the same TP.
