Nemu RT went lean during acceleration.
I have s13 sr20det red top with gt2871r, n62 maf and denso 850cc injectors (2450). I finally can start the car and drive it slowly. My idle afr is fine at 14.7. However when I tried to accelerate the injectors didn't increase pulsewidth that much so it went lean. I can't never get past 0 pressure. I tried to richen the fuel map , double Accel inj factor and increase the TPS enrich . All did nothing. I want to drive this car to my tuner so he can deal with it. But I don't think this car will go uphill. I can't even free rev to 6k rpm, it won't go past 3k free rev. No engine malfuntion code.My PW at idle is 1.6ms and WOT is 3.2ms. Any idea how richen up my acceleration?

Thanks

Can you send me a log and your most current calibration?

have you look into it John. Shouldn't the tp go to last tp on fuel map when full throttle 5.0v tps. Why is max acceleration is disabled above 3200 rpm?

Look on the "Accel/Decel" tab and read "Accel Items" in the Help.

Yes I read it. I get the in the tps enrichment factor. However when I am at full throttle 5v tps there is no more factor because tps stays at 100, no more gradual steps. I thought when you have full throttle acceleration, enrichment comes in to go last right tp on fuel map providing max enrichment. On my accel enrich window in log it shows 0, but I have value in tps enrich. Is neutral/gear have flag for accel enrich because like most s13 owners mine is not hook up .

Oh, OK. If you have "Alpha/N Limit" checked on the "Misc" tab, then the TPS limit that must be exceeded to use the far right column of the fuel map is in the "Enable Alpha/N TPS" table on the "TP Scale" tab. If this is tuned the way you want it, all you have to do is increase the values in the fuel map in the far right column.

I cannot check the alpha/n limit in the misc.

Please email your TCD to me (dave@tunercode.com) and I'll have a look.

Thanks,

tcd files and log email. Btw why can't we send tcd files or log in this forum?

You're using an N62 MAF with 550cc injectors. The larger MAF is only reaching 2.8V, so K is increased to compensate, however the larger injectors reduce the injector pulse width. You just need to increase K and adjust injector size until you get a reasonable rough tune across the fuel map, then tune the fuel map where necessary.
