The units you were seeing before were the "RAW" units that are stored in that table.

The units you see in the TunerCode stuff is a scaled unit that the ECU uses and is then passed on to the end user.

If you take the number displayed in TunerPro and add 4096 and then divide by 65536, that is the factor used in the injector pulse width calculation. So it is a percentage of injector pulse width.
