Hmm, could other switches be used for switching maps and stuff? Say, you're using a second rear-defogger switch on the dash, and integrate it as a map switcher?
Is this also do-able with a Calum RTv2 on a VE?
Say, I want a map that is mapped for fuel economy for regular driving, with the cam switching points quite low, for better fuel economy, and another map that has a sportier mapping, with "perfect" switchover points? And switch them with the extra switch on the dash (replacing the dummy switch, next to the defogger, emergency warning lights and rear foglight)?
Would that be feasible?
The VE control uses the 2 outputs, right? Would the switch be an input then?
@ Venom: If you want major afterfire (and damage), that's the way to go :P. Don't be a Honda-boy (they do that all the time over here) :P
@ Dave: What about the regular RPM limit? Was it fuel or spark cut? Can't remember
