So is the IAT the only thing that needs to be welded onto the cold pipe? I'm assuming the MAP sensor just gets a vacuum source is that correct?

That is correct. Make sure to use a dedicated vacuum source to be safe. I tapped my manifold and put a spare 1/4" nipple for BOV, and using the charcoil canister feed for MAP sensor.
