No need to be jealous. Have pride in what you try to make and learn from as many sources as possible. I personally look up to people that fabricate for motorsports level in cars boats and aeronautical. When it boils down to it every fabricator started out with a desire to learn it and make shit ..... right?

Very True. Thanks for the words of wisdom. Being on an Island I am pretty much forced to make my own things. Made these because I was needed more negative camber and getting cuscos or superpro was out of the question at the time. So i just said F888 it, I got a spare set of UCA. Lets do it.

They are working very well and are holding strong.
And these to go with them:

Nice modifications. These are a very popular item that someone needs to step up and build for the G20 felllas.

Here's a mustang turbo kit I had to modify.

He's been getting extremely high EGT so his tuner rec that the wastegate needed to be dump to atmosphere instead of recirc. Kit cam with a cheap china 38mm gate that was poorly positioned in the piping. it was actually recircing the WG dump back into the turbine outlet.

I recommended we run a tial 44mm and relocate it and also dump to atmosphere.
Job worked out great besides having fiberglass heat wrap in my skin for a week. in the middle of 90-100 degree days.

But otherwise it came out great and functioned perfectly.
I don't believe it lowered his EGT though.

Been a while since I posted. Took my 3 week vacation, disappeared like a ghost.
Before I left made an exhaust with the tm-spl / ravspec crew for @itsdamayor's M37 the Friday before WekFest NJ. His OEM exhaust lost a battle to a manhole cover. We created the exhaust which was a full header back system with X-Pipe, as Y-Pipes looked horrid when we first started, add a misplaced order by our distributor of mufflers, hangers, and other materials. Running out to local speed shop, getting raped on cost of materials needed. (F*ck retail prices.)
Nearly 10hrs of cutting tacking welding straight. Burned 2 packs of smokes, 2 cases of RedBull, BurgerKing and Checkers.
Pictures we took dont do the exhaust justice. The sound of the exhaust especially being a VQ powered car is ungodly.
Everlast TIG185 Micro all footpedal, .040" 308 rod, 1/16" hybrid blue tungsten 19cfh, solarflux. MSC bandsaw, MSC bi-metal blade(s), MSC deburr tool, decarbonizer solution to clean pipes.

Started fabwork on a street fighter project for a customer late last week. Decided to try something different with his intercooler and piping. I flipped it upside down, inlet/ outlet are up top not traditionally on the bottom. We are using a vanjen clamp system in conjunction with Aluminum Vbands.
Everlast TIG AC mode, all pedal action, 3/32" Zirconiated tungsten, 4043 3/32" rod, 18cfh Ar.
Haven't upped the pipes I did the inside welds on yet, or intake manifold / throttle body mods yet.

While I was setup for Aluminum, customer dropped off a quickie elbow to weld on his compressor housing for his 2JZ+T project.

Ended my week with scavenge system mod on downpipe. If you dont know what its for, you are simply too young to know

In the last pic how are you creating suction? That down pipe does not seem to have a venturie valve... What is this scavenge system going on, a tractor or sand rail? Very cool and old school indeed!
