Material Used: Stainless Steel, Burns 321 4to1, SPD flange, ARH reducer, PTE/Tial flanges
Weld Type: TIG DC @ 30-75A, 100% Argon gas @ 19cfh, 1.5% Lanthanated Tungsten 3/32"
Clean method: 3M brand maroon scratch pad, soap and water
Cut Method: MSC band saw and half round /flat files to debur

Weld Type: TIG DC @ 50-70A, 100% Argon gas@ 20cfh, 1.5% Lanthaneted Tungsten 3/32"
Clean Method: light grinding w. carbide bit, 3M scratch pad, non chlorinated brake cleaner

Material Used: Aluminum 3.0" piping, 1.5" piping, 14ga flat sheets 6061, Vibrant Aluminum weld bungs, repurposed Audi intercooler aluminum coupler, Jegs radiator neck weld on.
Weld Type: TIG AC @ 30-59A 100% Argon gas @ 20cfh, 1.5 Zirconiated Tungsten 3/32"
Clean Method: 3M scratch pad, soap and water, non chlorinated brake cleaner
Cut Method: MSC Band saw, flat files
