Nice works on aluminum! Btw doesn't that blow airflow though?

nah, radiator is dual core and pretty big. There's an air gap of about 1/2" between the reservoir and radiator as well.

Not too bad Dala grind the welds down some more with an old flap disk or a high grit sanding disk. That will cut down on the bondo
