that bumper is a BEAST!! Some serious skid plates under that thing and you could mow trees down and make your own paths where ever you want.

what're you welding your stainless with tank? argon, helium, co2? Gas lens?

100% argon on everything. I fab for a living, been welding for 15 years.

What's your welder setup and settings. It's hard to get good welds on that China materal

miller diversion 165, I've used 100% argon and a mix of co2, helium, argon. Maybe I'm not cleaning my materials enough before welding?? I'm using plenty of shielding gas, you can see it in the pics. I'm using red 2% Tungsten.
