that would be great. alot of guys dont like to share how they make there merge collectors.

I don't care to show. No one showed me I had to figure it out on my own.yes I'm on welding web. Vibrant stuff is more than likly made on a milling machine with a radial table

idk there collectors are real rough and burnt looking like they where cut in one action. some sort of saw.

but either way.

i think ive seen u on welding web. but i may be confusing u with some one else.

i think ive deff seen your name on welding web.

i see what your saying now with milling the collector.
that actually looks like a really good way to machine them. very precise.

i might try that.

i've got a vibrant collector at the shop that I took apart to help find my angles, I'll post some pics of it when I get the chance. It looks a little too precise to be done with a chop saw.

Yea keep in mind they are building them in a production mode and chop saw isn't really on a quick list of tools

chop saw deff isnt a production tool and i know they pump out alot of these.

currently i did the same thing and disassembled a vibrant collector and was gonna duplicate. havent had the time to sit down and make a jig for my saw yet though.

protractor is your best friend, mock things up with pvc it's so much cheaper. The 1.5" sch40 pvc is actually the same diameter as the sch10 stainless.
