Nothing fancy here, just a quick fab job for an engine stand so i can TQ the heads on a ford 6.0L diesel 85ftlbs +90 deg + 90 deg + 90 deg needed something a little better then sitting on jack stands

When u get a bandsaw let me know ill show yea how to make a fixture for cutting those pipes easily

That would be great. I'm sure that a bandsaw would save a lot more time on cleaning up the pipe after cuts. I made a fixture for the chop saw to cut the collector and it worked pretty good. I started with pvc pipe until I got my angle right and then graduated to the stainless. Definitely not as easy as it looks until you get it all figured out.

good luck getting the bridgeport. get that thing up and running so u can satrt milling out some sweet shit.
i have one in my shop. so NICE! bridgeport and lathe come in so handy. cant wait to get my cnc up an running. start cutting me out some flanges.

if anyone can post up any advice on making turbo merge collectors.
im looking to start making my own. i see alot of guys using chop saw. it seems like thats how vibrant cuts theres too. or atleast a cold saw im thinking.
i have a vertical and horizontal saw setup gonna be trying out some angles soon.

anyone have any feedback on how good the vibrant collectors flow?

that would be great. alot of guys dont like to share how they make there merge collectors.

btw, to u post on welding web? i think u posted on one of my threads about s.s. i really enjoyed cking out your work.
