this collector needs to be longer and the merge should be further from the flange

Rough draft, as i did not have any dimensions to based the design on. If i can get my hands on the exhaust flange then i can really work on it and do some flow simulations of the runners....

Nice! I use solidworks myself for digital fabrication and design tweaks. Here's a model of a recent T25 "shorty" collector made from 1.25 schedule 40 w/ a 15° convergence angle I made for a friend of mine

Very nice work in here too

finally finished, broken in, ready to tune, added coolant surge tank, originally had done parallel extension on 1.25" piping, looked ooooglie, made top just below radiator cap, and created channel inside on top to guide coolant and push air out. Will do a fitting with bent hardline to radiator. Coolant bled ok, even without lifting nose up.

other customer cars that were done during summer into fall.
S13 VMount, surge tank, hot and cold pipes.

S14 LS1 Hi CR build exhaust 3.5" w/ Uras turndown tip

S14 LS1 Hi CR build crash bar headlamp mount tabs, intake pie cuts, front air channel

S14 LS1 Hi CR build crash bar, final welding.

S14 LS1 Hi CR Build, final after powdercoat mounting lights

Would you have the model or drawing for the SR20 exhaust manifold flange?

ive been planning on making my own manifold and been looking on ebay for tubing, what the best size and type of piping to use? i have a tubing guy that brings in my piping for exhaust at my job and i see him once a month and im going to ask him next time i see him to see if he can get me any, any input is highly appreciated. also going to most likely be using a miller mig welder. thanks
