Depends on what kind of Titanium is going to be used, straight Titanium? Titanium alloy?

All sorts of metals have all sorts of different properties, fellas. Put straight Ti on Ti, add some pressure and heat and see what happens. Depends on how the threads are formed, rolled or cut? Lots of things to think about.

Maybe I am just speaking gibberish...:friendly_wink:

ahh.. whatever i supply will be leigt.. I don't risk people lives by saving few dollars. I offer these life time warranty....
These are made Ti-6A14V , look at the one with start pattern, that's Porsche OEM titaniunm lug nuts...I think that's enough to say. I am not even worried about the weaken part, I am more concern I don't get demand from these...

Again, like I said to people usually. None of my stuff are garage ghetto engineering or home made products, everything HAS to be made by legit manufacturers who got ISO approval or has been doing O.E.M or O.D.M contracts for so many years....etcs...

4v is the most widely used ti-alloy. Thank you for more information!

If I were still pouring money into the Nissan I would be all over those wheels studs, and maybe some lug nuts.

If I were modifying the BMW to a serious amount (which I am not) I would also be very interested.

I'm sorry I can't commit to any of these. I think you're right that the demand will be very minimal for this stuff since the price/performance tends to make sense only for a few. But I hold out hope.

The best part about these can be customized as individual needs, and from what I have known so far is the process of making made them very important. Everyone could possibly using the same materials, but the way how them got made of are the main point. I wouldn't trust China made ones especially those got very shinny burnt colored, those are the weakest ti we are talking about.

I'd be interested depending on a few things. First I would figure a weight difference in the the titanium studs and the other ones you sell, how much of a weight difference. Secondly what kind of pricing are we talking about? But I am intrigued and would definitely take a serious look at them, depending on those two factors.

If anyone can tell me the correct thread pitch of the screws used for the FPR and injectors, I wouldn't mind getting a set of ti-alloy hex bolts to replace my OEM screws.
