How to Reuse Tie Rod Ends
Here is a quick How to on reusing the tie rod ends. After you unscrew them usually the ball/rod (the part that has the thread) will spin on the tie rod end. Which will make it impossible to tighten.
The fix is quite simple, hold the ball/rod down with some vice grips, and thread on the castle nut. Using solvents like PB-Blaster will help greatly. After you get it threaded to the point where you can stick a cotter pin in, you can loosen the bolt back up and install the tie rod end into the knuckle.
Tighten it all down, install the cotter pin and your done .
