We did ok considering...the track is still there haha....
Another reason we are doing this earlier in the year is to be BEFORE Hurrricane season...and not be ridiculously hot

Updates.
The storms down here and other craziness has made it look like I disappeared and forgot the forum...NOT SO!!!

Gonna start ramping up and promoting again soon....We have been sorta laying low until the Deep Shootout (earlier this month) and West Coast Convention(this weekend) were done as to not conflict with those community events.
After this weekend we are going to start hitting this hard again. Anyone who can get more prepayments in will be greatly appreciated as we are sending more money to the track by end of OCT

-Hotel Info should be confirmed in the next couple weeks(storms set that back too)
-Designs for the logo,tshirts and other swag is in the works already.
-We will continue contacting vendors again for Sponsorship/Raffle items(some same ones sponsored the other events ,so was also waiting until after this month to hit them up)

NOTE: I have made a flyer that I can text to anyone interested.It has basic event info and contact info. PM for my cell number if you don't have it and I can send it.
This way anyone can send the flyer via text to anyone you want to "recruit" for the trackday or weekend etc

We are still gonna need to see at least 20 more spots to cover the track costs alone.

Now that the Holidays are over we are gonna get crackin again.
We have alot of surprises in the works and some great raffle items so far.
