It's in Savannah. Not very far at all, tbh. Don't know if it'll be open though, read something about every other friday or every other saturday, or something.

I know that saturday is a "free day" but I was informed that it is also the drag strip day.

I need to be able to plan for both though .

Also good point on costing a lot if you rent the strip out, so if we could get a group discount with other people it would be swell

im going to take a further look into it as I called the race track when I registered for the convention a long time ago. From there schedule it looked as though they would be open and getting a group rate for 1 or 2 lanes in the staging area would be ideal. I am going to the drag strip unless it rains...

It's a tad under 4 hours from Savannah to Atlanta, most likely less when you're drivin in a SR20

it took me longer the last time I made the trip but I did start on the Isle of hope. I must have not went the quick way. I know it only takes me 5hrs to get to atl from charleston.

WHAT? It takes me 4.5 hours from Hilton Head! Savannah is about 30 minutes closer to I16.

Here is a Dyno place close to Savannah. (About 30 minutes away in SC)
It's a Mustang place, but then again money is green....

so either a drap day or if that does not work out then a dyno would be fun as well.
