Room sharing, maybe? For all the people that plan at the last minute, 40 rooms sounds like a lot to me. But I'm never on that side of convention planning, so I dunno.

Well every conference I have planned for work, I've always set aside 40 rooms, and end up with 60 booked.

Not sure how many they set aside, but I'm glad I got mine
