Nelson Ledges let us do pretty much anything we wanted to last time..... then again with that sort of weather, who wouldn't?

Gentlement I am sorry for the vague reply. Nelson Ledges requires a Snell 2005 or newer helmet in order to run and yes Motorcyle helmets are allowed.

Sorry for the confusion. I was wrong in my previous post.

I would double check that M rated helmets are allowed. For last year, it was posted that M's were okay, and it was not until the morning of that it was told that's not the case. A friend of mine had to buy a helmet at the on site store or rent one. I would email the track people and post up their response.

Ok couple things:

1) I have a very large head.

2) Does anyone know of any physical stores in PA/NJ/NY I can try different sizes on? I know you can use a tape measure but that isn't always accurate. I have never seen an actual SA2005 helmet in a store. I don't want to buy a $250 helmet online and wait for UPS only to have it be too small and have to send it back.

3) I never thought of that having a roll cage in a street car w/o a helmet could be dangerous. good call Shawn
