Nissan 200sx sr20ve for sale

Anyone in the Houston area familiar with this car? I found it on CL and was somewhat interested in it. Anyone down to check it out before I try to drive that far for the car? I had plans to go get it and talked to the guy, but after receiving a text talking about how he needs to change a "locked caliper" before I get it, I'm a little nervous. Thanks!

I talked to him 2weeks ago, he couldn't tell me what was activating the VVL or what the car was tuned on. Just told me there was a computer under the dash

Whoever did the swap and mods isn't the same person who owns it now....just adding to why I was hesitant
