Tommy, I'm talking with Angel to find out when we're going to have the next NicoClub SSR meet, I'm thinking just before it gets super hot in EPT. Should be an even better turnout, as more people are getting the message that we're around. That, and it's going to be warmer out

Just let me know brother. Maybe I can bring some of the norteños with me. When are you coming home anyway homie?

No doubt. You guys have been getting a ton of snow up there. I need to go to Wolf Creek soon and take advantage of some of that wonderful powder!

Bah, shame on me for not paying attention to this area of the forums

I'll be home early April timeframe. The track opens up in February, so I need to rush rush rush to get my build going when I get home. I need to show some El Pasoans what running REAL times is all about

And I need to get her re-finished. Don't like the dents n ****, and need to assemble the new goodies

Right on, April is not too far away. I've seen some of your threads/posts and it looks like you are throwing some serious cash into the SE-R.

Doin' it up right, this time. Going to need someone to buy the T25, though

I think all that's really left to purchase, will be the actual turbine hardware and ancillery equipment, from Protech. Stuff like the WG and BOV, etc.

I'm spending more than I originally planned for on the car's looks, but that's okay

It'll look JDM fresh when your done. So are you completely changing out the turbo, manifold, intercooler and tubing or can you re-use some of the stuff?

Nah, I'm changing out everything. It's going to be a top mount turbo, so I can't re-use most of the piping. I may be able to keep the cold side plumbing, but I'm likely going to ditch it in favor of some nicely welded, coated pieces. Even the intercooler is being changed out for something larger. Not going to paint the new intercooler, though. The front of the Lucino bumper should hide it well enough.

Oh and by the way...

February 10th is the next scheduled Nissan/Infinity Car Owners (NICO) meet in El Paso. They're talking about a cruise in/out and photoshoot, this time. Think it's going to be a little cold, but it's good that there was enough interest to have another one so soon.
