I think the registration is just to gauge how many people are going to show.

Ok so are we meeting up anywhere before? Or just going to roll in one by one and try and get spots next to eachother???

i think itll be cool if we meet somewhere and roll in as a pack.

This email is to confirm your registration for the Ksport Swap Meet and Greet. Please arrive at the Ksport USA Headquarters at 9 AM on Saturday 12/18/10 to begin roll-in. Non-registered cars will have to wait until all registered cars have been placed, so if you have freinds who haven't registered yet, let them know!

Ksport will be selling overstock, discontinued, and refurbished items. Bring cash!
There are other businesses near Ksport who may not appreciate loud music, loud engines, and tomfoolery. Please no burnouts/revving/stupid behavour.

Details

Arrive at 9 AM. If you registered, you'll be allowed to enter and get your car or swap meet area setup. Once all registered participants are settled in, any additional room will be made available to non-registered vehicles on a 1st come, 1st served basis.
When you arrive, there will be staff directing where you should park.
The event ends at 5 PM. If you don't plan on staying for the duration, please let Event Staff know so that we can get your vehicle parked near an exit.
Swap Meet participants will get a 9x16 ft area. This is the size of a typical parking spot like you'd find at the mall. You can bring and display as much stuff as you think you can fit in a 9x16 parking spot. Bring cash to make change for buyers.
There's still a few spots in the Ksport warehouse available. Staff will be slecting a few cars on Saturday morning to be parked inside, along side the Ksport LS1 S13, Integra Type R, and other high-quality cars from around Arizona.

Sounds good to me, I want that spot in the warehouse! haha
