Guys, I may be out of the Dallas meet. We don't have anyone to watch the kids. This means that we'd have to rent an SUV large enough for the kids, and a car dolly to tow the SE-R up. Could potentially cost us some serious cheddar.

We'll let you guys know within the next week, I'm going to have to do some more budgeting.

i cant make the drive up there ... wish i could but dont have the funds ... who evers not going i would like to make a meet in houston i see theres a few people interested .... dont wanna take poeple away from the big meet or anything but i honesly cant afford to drive to ft worth cause i dont have a job

dont start till the 22nd hopefully by the time the meet happens ill have some money

It's with regret that I tell you all I don't think we'll make it out there. The car may or may not be done, and we will definitely have to rent an SUV. With gas prices, and last minute SUV rental rates, we're going to end up paying more than I currently have budgeted for the travel expenses. Initially we were planning on just the two of us driving the SE-R up, but now we will need to trailer it if we travel, and that will make gas mileage a no go, with prices.

That, and having to get a larger hotel room with accomodations for the kiddies.

We may still take a trip this year to San Antonio, depending on packages for Sea World. If we do, we'll let everyone know where we'll be, if anyone chooses to meet up.

Worst case scenario, we'll just rent an SUV and drive up there without the car in tow, and do something like Six Flags.
