It's with regret that I tell you all I don't think we'll make it out there. The car may or may not be done, and we will definitely have to rent an SUV. With gas prices, and last minute SUV rental rates, we're going to end up paying more than I currently have budgeted for the travel expenses. Initially we were planning on just the two of us driving the SE-R up, but now we will need to trailer it if we travel, and that will make gas mileage a no go, with prices.
That, and having to get a larger hotel room with accomodations for the kiddies.
We may still take a trip this year to San Antonio, depending on packages for Sea World. If we do, we'll let everyone know where we'll be, if anyone chooses to meet up.
Worst case scenario, we'll just rent an SUV and drive up there without the car in tow, and do something like Six Flags.
