Don't know of any shops but there's some of us in the area who'd be willing to lend a hand, like myself for example. I've only met 2 other people who even know about SRs in the first place. You could try calling Mazda-Nissan Heaven in Kennedale to see if they might know somebody.

That's a 10 hour drive

There are quite a few SR20 enthusiasts in DFW, though.

Well Im only in town on the weekends but should have some time in a month or so. One guy sold his SR20 powered car and doesnt want to look at another one right now, much less work on one lol. Another buddy would help you but would have to be paid. He has a bunch of side jobs to work on right now that he needs to get finished, so unless he is getting paid, he wont put off those jobs to get yours running.

I kind of remember what was going on with your VE car, you did a 5 speed swap and it wouldnt start afterward right? That one should be easy. What about the 200sx? What are you needing with it?

I thought so but it been so long, been trying to start it. I am at a wall. might be wiring somewhere. or automatic park switch still at fault somewhere.

Later I will need to swap SR20DE in the 200sx to get rid of the stalled GA, it is falling apart, kept stalling, overheat and bad tranny with weird gear shocks
