Does it require popping them hinges off my parcel shelf? I have a mint shelf and don't want to do permament changes to it.

Would this somehow make the parcel shelf not rattle? All my pieces are intact and nothing is broken but I do have stiffer suspension and that causes an annoying rattle at the parcel shelf. I had added some foam seal at the corners to help cushion the shelf but they got worn down rather quickly...

...anyways...
