Thread: Need NX front body parts near Tampa - have spare parts from parts car as well!

Been away for some time but decided to try to rebuild my NX finally. Need fenders, hood, and bumper somewhere not too far from Tampa. Will likely be in the market for turbo parts eventually, but we could use another running vehicle in the family first.

No, but I can make the trip if you've got everything I need. I'm hoping to pull everything myself so I can bag the little parts and know how to put it all back on (I didn't disassemble it, a body shop did). Did you just post your car on Melbourne CL?

i have what you listed but i dont know about all the fasteners. most of the fasteners were stuck in ziplock bags and id have to check to see how organized they are/arent

edit: to clarify, the body parts i was talking about have already been removed from its parent vehicle. ive rummaged through the multiple boxes and have no clue where the fasteners are.

the body panels that are still attached to a 2nd vehicle id rather not remove since im trying to sell that whole.

Copy. I'll look at what I have and see if the fasteners are there before I commit to a 5 hour round trip. May be hard to convince the wife on that one.

Do you also have a right headlight assembly and turn signal?

when it gets light again ill rummage through more boxes to see if i can find the fastners since Ill be looking for the headlight/turn signal. everything was involved in a move and the original neat boxing that was clearly marked is no longer neat and clearly marked.

theyre all red-ish. not as maroon as the car, but redish. the hood doesnt have any dents but i couldnt see the fenders clearly. same with the bumper. they will need to be repainted since theyre almost 21 years old and faded. if youre interested ill dig them out and take pics. the fenders have some sort of silver/mirrored overlay outline that the previous owner thought would be a good idea to apply

I'm definitely interested if the price is right. It's a really long drive in my F250. Things have been crazy busy here. I just finished cutting my wrecked nx into manageable pieces so I can scrap it.

cool. ill do some googling to see what a fair market value is. i dug them out and if it ever stops raining here ill take some pics of them

i know the feeling...i have an F250 with a V10 that gets 8-9mpg.

the 'crap' on the paint washes off...you can see how the paint looks in the fender pic where i rubbed it off with a rag. there is pretty much no clearcoat left on anything but the paint seems fine
