Something with a clean, straight body and interior. Minimal to no rust. Not sure I can find one that doesn't need a paint job. Blown engine is fine. Has to be a 5 speed. White is my number one choice, but would consider blue, ruby red, a few others. No salvage titles. My problem is I don't have hours to spend driving to go look at them (family man- I work from 715-6 during the week). I don't mind it as a project car, just don't want to spend $1000 plus for a "decent" paintjob. I can do quite a bit of wrenching and have a huge garage. I work at a dealership where I have access to lifts and whatever else I need.

What would you pay for a 94 SER with 110k original miles with no supposed rust. Needs a paintjob, has the original engine, headliner is good, sunroof, crank windows, currently daily driven, supposed Calif car. I can't tell if the dash is cracked, doesn't appear to be. Looks pretty clean under the hood, but the repaint looks to need repainting.....Has a header and pop charger intake, strut bar, new axles, wheel bearings, pads and rotors, has lowering springs and shocks.

I was thinking about that. It needs a hood, very dented up. He wants $2200.

the guy in raleigh with the $500 nx ever email back? I wanted that car but alas I could not come up with $500 to save my life. I browse craigslist all the time I could keep an eye out for you, but I'm sure you are already.

Nope. Thanks for any help. I try not to look all the time because it tends to consume me. I realize I'm looking for a 20 year old cheap car in decent condition, and that's a tall order. I just saw a 86 Mercury Cougar XR7 Turbo automatic car with 70k ish miles, so low mileage freaks still exist.
