UPDATE: I ended up JB welding the piece back on, grinding it down with an angle grinder to make it flush with the rest of the sealing surface, and putting RTV over BOTH sides of the gasket. I let the RTV dry for a few hours and turned over the car, purred like she always did before the "stupid" moment. Approximately 1500 miles later and making a slight detour home to pickup a manifold from AR97SE-R the car is still running great. I haven't put the new manifold on yet because I am waiting until I get my wife's car back into shape after a blown head gasket. Yes, car repairs have been a bit stressful for me as of late on top of teaching my wife how to drive a manual so she could borrow my 200sx.
EDIT: I do want to thank everyone that did PM me and text me saying they are willing to ship a manifold. Thanks for all your help.
