Interest rates stayed the same today, but we're now within 40 days of our closing date (instead of within 60 days) so their offer to buy back points got a bit better so we're still going with 4.25% (and selling back 0.50% points). We've locked in the rate. You can see the loan quote scan in post #4.
Tomorrow we're having a general inspection performed ($330 including garage).
Thursday or Friday we will go in and do the real paperwork for the loan.
