Well I'm on the road!

I need to ask you guys a favor though.... I need help... I started removing the nuts for my sway bar last night and they were easy to get off... unfortunately I couldn't remove the bolts from the trailing arm... there wasn't enough room to knock them out while the car is on the ground.... so we had to snug them back on....

Is there anyway the shop can get these bolts out for me? I'm actually on my way now and and posting from my phone....

First, thank you very much Steve for coming out. It was awsome of you to do this for us. Thank you.

Second, thank you very much Old guy for housing Steve for us and picking him up and taking him to the airport. You are the man!

Third: It was amazing to get to see everyone and put faces with the names. Thank you all for coming out. I hope everyone had a good time and is 100% satisfied with everything. I want to see those pics once they get downloaded! And thank you very much for helping me push me car around. I'll be droping the tranny tomorrow to see what is up.

Was definitely nice to meet everyone. I was incredibly impressed watching the bending process. Wish I wouldn't have had to duck out so quickly but yesterday was a chaotic day for me.

Thanks again for putting this together!

I love it when a plan comes together
This was a great example of teamwork! Everyone did what they needed to do and it all worked out. Everyone commited and followed through. If anyone had backed out, this would have fallen apart.
Thanks to zer099 for getting the ball rolling. As soon as I saw his posts, I jumped on it and offered to help however I could.
A special thanks to Steve for getting on a plane and spending a weekend with people he didn't know and working on our cars even though he doesn't own one any longer.
And thanks to Andrew at Dyno4mance for letting us use his space free of charge. And to Eric and Kevin (Bowlcut) for showing up to help out and visit.
Near the end, I had to explain to one of the 4WD guys what we were doing. He had difficulty grasping the idea of a "beam" axle.
Steve is a true craftsman. He did not take any short cuts and made sure that everyone was happy with their setup. He nailed five of six on the first "bend".
I have Steve's tools ready to ship to the next location. If you have ever contemplated doing this, get it together and contact Steve. Who knows how long he will keep doing this?

Ohio Checking in! We just pulled into my driveway at about midnight last night... Thanks everyone for a good time! It was great meeting more forum members... Thanks Steve, can't thank you enough... Jerry, I didn't realize your name was really "Old Guy" . J, thanks for getting things organized... and to the shop owner Andrew. Eric, Kevin - Thanks for helping out when you didn't have to... that is awesome.

Everything was well worth it, and turned out very well... I enjoyed myself, learned a few things, and thankfully - I will be making use of this newly zeroed out toe soon! It was WELL WORTH the trip, and I'm glad I came out. 850 miles in one day is a record for me, I hit the pillow so fast yesterday it was hilarious.

Thanks everyone for your effort to keep the sr20 hope alive.

I will post my pictures here at like 8pm, they are uploading.

Sam decided to come with me so I didn't fall asleep at the wheel! lol Here he is spot free rinsing my dirty ass car...

Here is him and his girl's car... He decided to just ride up with me because of the gas prices. Thankfully, from a little bit of our elbow grease, it is one of the few VE'd car's in Ohio (Possibly the only in Cincinnati). He rode down with me...

Some Hill's in TN on the way to GA...

Finally Landed the Vessell in Calhoun - Cruise Control FTW!

Apparently, this is the 900 mile a day Haus... Sorry its not clean, but its as clean as your going to get for daily driving in our salty winters.

My car taking a breather from the trip...

Andrew's Shop... I got there a little late, like around 11am or so. If you look closely, you can see Dave's Sentra getting some love on the lift...

The cleanest b14 in the USA as far as I'm concerned...

Jerry's Whip...

Mayoke's 200

Swissy Swiss's turbo 4-do-fo-sho-do

Talk about devotion... zer099, the organizer, had recent tranny trouble but was STILL determined to make it out.

Steve & Gang doing his thang...

My car getting some beam bendage... I wasn't able to grab my camera in time to catch Jerry's and Dave's car...

Andrew's

5th car in, Steve still had a smile on his face and was joking with everyone..

zer099 - Last car... Steve actually took the time to show us what exactly he was doing, showed us measurements, and talked to us while he was doing the work... It was pretty interesting.

Congregating...

Dave, taking another test drive

Some of the gang while Andrew's car was in the air...

I was in B14 Heaven... and 98's were in the building.

On our way back, we saw this random sign in TN...

... Now you may ask... why did we pull into the parking lot?

... haha.. wierd right...

Well this is why... It's right next to this!

Ironic isn't it... Later...
